About me

“It’s all about what you see; its not about what you look at!”

In 1997 I decided to embrace my creative side and embark on a pottery course…One thing led to the other and my passion for exploring every media I could get my hands on evolved. From figurative sculptures, abstract figurative painting, to making every vessel out of clay. My work in Beauty therapy, colour analysis and complementary therapy in the 80’s and 90’s, has brought emphasis to my work as an artist through my understanding of the human form, the movement of the body, colour, the relation between the shape of the human form and all of nature surrounding us. My art reflects whatever life is throwing at me at the time, sometimes with clay, sometimes with paint, with new ideas and techniques evolving over the years. My imagination has always been an incredible driving force in my life and naturally influences the way I work and what I create.
